Cooperation, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit

The Cooperation, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit plays a crucial role in the development and success of the PIFMAS project. Our mission is to strengthen partnerships, mobilize necessary resources, and ensure the rigorous monitoring of project activities.

Placed under the authority of a Unit Head, the Cooperation, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit is responsible for:

• - Managing cooperation and partnerships;
• - Mobilizing the financial resources needed to carry out activities; preparing Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, and Contracts, in coordination with the Legal Affairs Unit;
• - Monitoring the implementation of partnerships and Project activities;
• - Collecting and processing data, and producing reports and statistics on the Project;
• - Managing knowledge and capitalizing on best practices.
