The PIFMAS Incubation Center supports young project leaders in the creation of micro-enterprises for the manufacturing of sports equipment.

Objective

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Support young people in their socio-economic integration​​​​​​​
  • - Promote the creation of viable and innovative cooperatives.
  • - Encourage economic empowerment through local production of sports equipment.

Target Group

  • - Beneficiaries must be between fifteen (15) and thirty-five (35) years old, regardless of education level.
  • - They must not hold formal sector salaried employment.

INCUBATION PROCESS ONLINE AND IN-PERSON

The PIFMAS incubation program supports young project leaders through a structured process in three main phases: Pre-incubation, Incubation and Post-incubation.

Phase 1 – Pre-Incubation

Duration: 3 months and 20 days

This phase helps project leaders consolidate their ideas and lay the foundation for their future cooperative.

  • Moral, civic and entrepreneurial rearmament
  • Introduction to entrepreneurship
  • Introduction to effectuation and lean manufacturing

  • 🔷 Step 3: Business Idea Consolidation (1 month)

  • Definition of the cooperative creation idea
  • Business model consolidation
  • 🔷 Step 4: Transfer (20 days)

  • Presentation of the business model
  • Validation of the business model

  • Phase 2 – Incubation

    Duration: 5 months

    Objective: Deepen team skills and support the full development of their business plan.

  • Phase 3 – Post-Incubation

    Duration: 17 months (5 months launch + 12 months development)

    This phase supports the growth and full empowerment of cooperatives.
