To fulfill its missions, the Project has a National Coordination, which serves as the technical and operational body.
The National Coordination is under the responsibility of a National Coordinator, appointed by decision of the Minister in charge of youth, chosen from among the staff of that ministry.
The National Coordination is responsible for:
- - Developing project action plans, operational strategies, budgets, and the Project Procedures Manual;
- - Implementing the resolutions of the Steering Committee;
- - Designing and implementing an information system within the Project;
- - Defining support strategies for the units manufacturing and marketing sports equipment;
- - Managing the Project's administrative, technical, and financial operations;
- - Managing the project staff;
- - Preparing activity reports and annual project accounts;
- - Seeking partnerships with other national or international organizations within the Project's scope;
- - Coordinating evaluative and prospective studies in the Project's area of expertise, in collaboration with the competent services of the Ministry in charge of youth;
- - Executing any other tasks assigned by the Steering Committee.
The National Coordination includes:
- - One (01) Unit for Administrative, Financial, and Legal Affairs;
- - One (01) Support Unit;
- - One (01) Unit for Cooperation, Monitoring, and Evaluation;
- - One (01) Unit in charge of Sales, Communication, and Public Relations.
