ONLINE AND IN-PERSON PROTOTYPING APPROACH

Phase 1: Identifying an Idea

Estimated duration: 1 month

Prototyping within the PIFMAS program is a crucial transition phase between idea and action. It allows validation, testing, adjustment, and transformation of innovative ideas into viable and suitable technical solutions.

    This phase assesses the commercial, technological, and economic viability of the prototype idea selected in the previous phase.

    This phase aims to transform the validated idea into a clear, structured plan ready for production.

  • Definition of the product's organizational chart

  • Prototype launch decision
  • Definition of a provisional schedule

  • Phase 4: Prototype Development

    Estimated duration: 4 months

    This is the phase where the prototype is materialized—from concept to a functional product ready for use or presentation.

  • Production of a first version (Minimum Viable Product - MVP)
  • Testing the MVP with a sample group (Avatars)
  • Adjustments based on feedback and creation of a new version (Beta Version)
