Unit for Administrative, Financial and Legal Affairs

The Unit for Administrative, Financial and Legal Affairs is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and transparent management of PIFMAS resources and operations. Our mission is to support the project through rigorous administration and exemplary financial management.

Placed under the authority of a Unit Head, the Unit for Administrative, Financial and Legal Affairs is responsible for:

• - The administrative, accounting, financial and logistical management of the Project;
• - The preparation and execution of the budget;
• - The collection, centralization, analysis and updating of Project-related data;
• - The issuance of legal opinions for the benefit of the Project;
• - The drafting and formatting of legal documents, including Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding and Contracts between the Project and its partners, in collaboration with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
