Support Unit
The PIFMAS Support Unit is dedicated to assisting young entrepreneurs and cooperatives in the field of sports equipment manufacturing.
Our mission is to provide resources, training, and ongoing support to ensure their success and sustainable growth.
Placed under the authority of a Unit Head, the Support Unit is responsible for:

- Developing methods, tools, and techniques to support beneficiaries in the field of sports equipment or the sports economy;

- Developing incubation systems for supervised cooperative enterprises;

- Setting up prototyping and sports equipment manufacturing centers in the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers;

- Integrating young people into trades related or connected to sports equipment manufacturing;

- Providing pre- and post-creation support services to help beneficiary cooperatives grow;

- Guiding beneficiaries to various funding sources and financial opportunities;

- Supporting beneficiaries in structuring themselves into clusters for sports equipment manufacturing;

- Implementing strategies and tools to support beneficiaries throughout the different stages of their entrepreneurial journey;

- Monitoring beneficiaries after capacity building to facilitate the transfer of acquired skills into professional settings.
